Mina: The Deputy Governor of the Makkah region recently held a meeting with the Minister of Health and the Mayor of Makkah in Mina. During this meeting, several pilgrims under the Guests of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques' Hajj, Umrah, and Visit Program praised the organization and services provided by the Kingdom to pilgrims. They highlighted that these efforts reflect the dedication of the Kingdom's leadership to serving pilgrims and ensuring their well-being.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the guests commended the advanced technologies and modern systems that facilitated the Hajj rituals. These included improved reception, transportation procedures, and healthcare, as well as organizational and guidance services. Pilgrim Mahmoud Al-Kuzbari from Syria specifically praised the comprehensive services provided from the moment of arrival and appreciated the care he received through the program.
In addition, pilgrim Taj Al-Din Faisal from Sudan expressed his happiness at performing Hajj this year. He noted that the advanced services and integrated organization exceeded his expectations, describing his experience within the program as inspiring and exceptional.
Pilgrim Yaman Al-Sayed from Syria remarked on the program's noble mission of serving Islam and Muslims, highlighting the Kingdom's extensive efforts in catering to pilgrims. He also commended the Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Dawah and Guidance for meeting all the needs of the program's guests throughout their stay and travels.
