Riyadh: The National Center for Meteorology has issued a forecast for Thursday, indicating that dust-stirring winds accompanied by moderate to heavy rain and hail are expected to hit parts of Hail, Tabuk, Al-Jouf, the Northern Borders, Jazan, Aseer, and Al-Baha, potentially leading to flash floods in those areas.
According to Saudi Press Agency, light to moderate rain is anticipated in regions including Al-Baha, Makkah, Madinah, and Qassim. Additionally, there is a possibility of fog formation in these areas as well as the southern parts of the Eastern region.
The forecast for the Red Sea indicates that winds will be northerly to northwesterly at speeds of 12-35 km/h in the northern and central parts, while the southern part will experience southwesterly to westerly winds at 10-35 km/h. Wave heights are expected to range from one to one and a half meters, with thunderclouds potentially forming in the southern part, resulting in a sea condition that is calm to choppy.

icipated to be northerly to northwesterly, reaching speeds of 10-42 km/h. Waves could range from half a meter to two meters, maintaining a relatively calm sea.
