Riyadh: The Executive Committee of the Arab Inter-Parliamentary Union: held its 42nd meeting today via videoconference, chaired by Shura Council member and Executive Committee member Dr. Abdulaziz bin Ibrahim Al-Muhanna.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the meeting took place on the sidelines of the 39th Conference of the Arab Inter-Parliamentary Union, hosted by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The committee reviewed several agenda items and discussed issues related to enhancing the union's working mechanisms and strengthening coordination and cooperation among Arab parliaments.

The discussions within the meeting aimed to support joint Arab parliamentary action and advance common objectives. The focus was on fostering collaboration to achieve shared goals and improve the effectiveness of parliamentary activities across the Arab world.
