– The second day of the Translation Forum kicked off today with a panel session titled Interpreting – Applications and Challenges.

The speakers emphasized the importance of new interpreters completing training courses before entering the market.

The speakers also emphasized that these courses would teach the necessary abilities for success in this field.

They went on to say that necessary abilities include broadening one’s knowledge, curiosity and the ability to solve issues quickly in unexpected scenarios among other things.

The session was moderated by Dr. Ahmed Altuhaini and the main speakers were Dr. Joseph Dichy, Mohammed Alsuwaidani and Hind Alessa.
