Wainwright:A fire at Canadian Forces Base Wainwright has led to the hospitalization of 39 people, with at least 19 in critical condition. The incident occurred during a military training exercise on Saturday.

According to Saudi Press Agency, Alberta Premier Danielle Smith stated that the injured were transported to four different hospitals across Alberta. Some of the injured individuals sustained severe burns and may require intensive treatment for weeks or months.

Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney confirmed that four military personnel lost their lives in the fire.
