The security forces in Maysan Governorate arrested 5 defendants wanted for various crimes and seized weapons and equipment, in Al-Majjar Al-Kabeer and Qalat Saleh districts, south of Maysan Governorate.

The Maysan Operations Command said in a statement: “A force from the Third Regiment, 97th Infantry Brigade, affiliated with the Operations Command, was able to arrest the accused, whose crimes varied between drugs, terrorism, and premeditated murder, and the force seized weapons and equipment of various types, noting that the accused and the seized items were handed over to the competent authorities.” ".
