The Federal Police forces arrested 5 suspects in various legal cases, and seized a warehouse of spoiled foodstuffs in Baghdad.

A statement by the Federal Police Command stated: "The Federal Police arrested 3 suspects of theft in Al-Shaab and Al-Sadr City regions, and seized one of them in his possession of a stolen pistol and motorcycle. They also arrested two parties to a quarrel in Al-Husseiniya area, and seized two Kalashnikov rifles in their possession."

The statement added: "A police force, in cooperation with detachments of the National Security and Health Control Authority, seized a food store in the Jamila commercial area, containing 760 damaged bags of (dried apricots) unfit for human consumption."/ End
