An American General officer confirmed that Russian planes harassed American drones, on Thursday, while they were participating in operations against the "ISIS" organization in Syria, for the second time in twenty-four hours.

"Russian military aircraft engaged in unsafe and unprofessional behavior Thursday, 9:30 a.m. local time, while interacting with US MQ-9 drones," Lieutenant General Alexus Grynkewich said in a statement.

He added that the Russian planes "fired flares in front of the drones and flew dangerously close to them, which endangered the safety of all the planes involved."
