Foreign Minister Meets Sudanese Counterpart

Amman: Minister of Foreign Affairs Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah met yesterday in Amman with Sudanese Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation Mohieldin Salem Ahmed Ibrahim, on the sidelines of the 165th ordinary session of the Council of the League of Arab States at the ministerial level. During the meeting, the two sides discussed regional developments and exchanged views on issues of mutual interest.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the discussions between the foreign ministers were part of ongoing efforts to strengthen diplomatic relations and cooperation between the two countries. The meeting provided an opportunity for both ministers to align their perspectives and address concerns pertinent to their respective nations and the broader region.

The meeting comes at a time when both Saudi Arabia and Sudan are navigating complex regional dynamics. The exchange of views is seen as a step towards enhanced collaboration on issues that affect the Arab world and beyond.
