Riyadh: Minister of Foreign Affairs Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah received a phone call from Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the State of Qatar Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al Thani. During the call, the two sides discussed the latest developments in the region and expressed their condemnation and denunciation of the Iranian attacks targeting the State of Kuwait, the Kingdom of Bahrain, and the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, as well as the ongoing threats to maritime navigation in the Strait of Hormuz.

According to Saudi Press Agency, they also reviewed the efforts being made to restore security and stability, emphasizing the importance of continued coordination and joint action to de-escalate tensions and mitigate the negative repercussions of the crisis at both the regional and international levels.
