Four Detained as Hajj Security Intensifies Crackdown on Unauthorized Entry

Riyadh: Hajj security forces have arrested a Saudi citizen attempting to transport three Afghan expatriates into Makkah without official Hajj permits. Public Security has reiterated its firm directive urging all citizens and residents to strictly adhere to official Hajj instructions, requesting that any regulation violations be immediately reported by dialing 911 in Makkah, Madinah, Riyadh, and Eastern regions, or 999 across the rest of the Kingdom.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the increased security measures are part of a broader initiative to maintain order and safety during the Hajj pilgrimage. The authorities have been vigilant in monitoring entry points to Makkah to prevent unauthorized entries. This incident highlights the ongoing efforts to ensure that all pilgrims partake in the Hajj legally, with proper documentation.
