Cairo: Secretary-General of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) Jasem Albudaiwi met with Secretary-General of the Arab League Nabil Fahmy on Thursday in Cairo. They discussed several topics of common interest, most notably the memorandum of understanding signed between the GCC and the Arab League in October 2021, as well as ways to enhance the existing coordination and cooperation between the two sides.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the secretaries-general also reviewed the latest regional and international developments. They discussed issues of common interest within the framework of joint Arab action.
