Riyadh: Chairman of the Board of Directors of the General Entertainment Authority (GEA) Advisor Turki bin Abdulmohsen Alalshikh announced the completion of works on the 'Boulevard Business Park' project, marking the Kingdom's first entertainment headquarters and business resort.
According to Saudi Press Agency, Alalshikh emphasized the project's significance, highlighting the support of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister. The development of the Boulevard Business Park represents a major milestone for the country's entertainment and business sectors, with an investment surpassing SAR1 billion.
The new establishment features nine office buildings with leasable areas exceeding 60,000 square meters. It also includes retail spaces, corporate headquarters, co-working facilities, and more than 1,300 parking spaces. The project was developed in collaboration with Hay Developments, in cooperation with the REQ real estate fund - BSF Capital, and is managed and operated by sela.
In his concluding remarks, the GEA chairman expressed confidence in the limitless potential and determination of the Saudi people, suggesting that the future holds even greater advancements and opportunities.
