General Authority for the Care of the Two Holy Mosques Enhances Grand Mosque Readiness for Tawaf Al-Wada’

Mecca: The General Authority for the Care of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet's Mosque is actively implementing operational and field plans to manage the movement of pilgrims during Tawaf Al-Wada', as early-departing pilgrims perform the ritual at the Grand Mosque today, Friday.

According to Saudi Press Agency, preparations include the deployment of field teams across the corridors, courtyards, and entrances to guide pilgrims to designated tawaf and sa'i routes. These teams are providing guidance and assistance services to ensure smooth and orderly movement.

The authority has also established Zamzam water points and drinking stations throughout the Grand Mosque. Additionally, electric and manual cart services have been arranged for elderly pilgrims, persons with disabilities, and those requiring assistance. These efforts aim to facilitate a safe and organized environment for pilgrims performing Tawaf Al-Wada'.
