Makkah, To enhance the Hajj experience, the General Presidency for the Affairs of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet's Mosque has implemented digital solutions to streamline the Tawaf (circumambulation around the Holy Kaaba) process for the 1445H Hajj season. The main objective of this initiative is to make the Tawaf process more efficient and faster for the millions of expected pilgrims. This initiative will enable worshippers to perform their rituals with ease and inspire deep devotion. The efforts include developing smart applications to manage Tawaf operations, track progress, and ensure Tawaf guides' adherence to guidelines. The General Department of Tawaf Affairs provides comprehensive services to pilgrims, such as welcoming and guiding them during Tawaf and educating them on the proper method according to the Prophetic Sunnah.
