Riyadh– Under the patronage of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al and on behalf of His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, Prince Faisal bin Bandar bin Abdulaziz, Governor of Riyadh region attended the opening ceremony of the first edition of the Saudi Games 2022, as the biggest national sporting event, with the participation of more than 6000 athletes and 2000 technical and administrative supervisors at King Fahd International Stadium in the capital, Riyadh.

Upon arrival at the venue, Prince Faisal bin Bandar bin Abdulaziz was received by Prince Abdulaziz bin Turkic Al-Faisal, Minister of Sports and Chairman of the Saudi Olympic and Paralympic Committee, who is also the Chairman of the Supreme Organizing Committee of Saudi Games 2022.
