Madinah: Guests hosted under the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques' Program for Hajj, Umrah, and Visit, implemented by the Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Dawah and Guidance, visited Quba Mosque and other historic sites in Madinah as part of a cultural program prepared for participants from 104 countries.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the visitors performed prayers at Quba Mosque, the first mosque founded on righteousness. They toured the mosque's facilities, including recent expansions and development projects, while learning about its significant place in Islamic history.

They later visited several historic landmarks, including the Battle of Uhud site, Sayed Al-Shuhada Mosque, Jabal Al-Rumah, and Uhud Martyrs' Cemetery. There, they were briefed on key events associated with these sites and their significance in the Prophet's biography.

The guests praised the Saudi leadership's efforts to care for historic mosques and Islamic sites. They commended the development and rehabilitation works they observed, particularly at Quba Mosque, reflecting the Kingdom's commitment to preserving Islamic heritage and highlighting its civilizational significance.
