Makkah: The Ministry of Health, through Seha Virtual Hospital, announced the continuation of virtual medical consultation services during the 1447 AH Hajj season to enhance healthcare access and provide pilgrims with timely medical guidance. The services are delivered through an integrated digital system offering remote consultations via the unified number 937, the Sehhaty app, and the X platform, enabling pilgrims to receive medical support without visiting healthcare facilities and reducing pressure on medical establishments in the holy sites.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the ministry noted that the 937 service is available in seven languages: Arabic, English, French, Turkish, Persian, Urdu, and Indonesian to support pilgrims of different nationalities. The Sehhaty app also provides instant audio, video, and text consultations, electronic prescriptions, and the ability to review medical reports and test results.

These efforts support an integrated digital health system designed to improve the pilgrim healthcare experience by delivering flexible, accessible, and efficient services throughout Hajj.
