Dr. Diana Abdulkarim Al Jahrami, Secretary General of the Higher Education Council (HEC), received Dr. James Holmes, Secretary General of International Communities Organisation (ICO), to discuss cooperation between HEC and ICO in the academic field.

Dr. Al Jahrami gave a brief about higher education in Bahrain and the educational institutions she supervises.

Dr. Holmes highlighted the ICO's role and the Management International University, owned by it.

He noted ICO's interest in offering academic programs, expressing his aspiration for cooperation.
