HM King hails Egyptian contribution to national development

His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa today at the Safriya Palace received President of the Egyptian Workers Union, Jabali Al Maraghi.

HM the King welcomed the level of the Bahraini-Egyptian relations in various fields, hailing the supportive stances of Egypt under the leadership of President Abdul-Fatah Al Sisi towards Bahrain.

HM the King noted the exchange of fraternal visits contribute to boosting cooperation and exchange of expertise and consequently benefiting labour sectors and union cadres of both countries.

HM the King pointed out the Egyptian expertise that contributed to Bahrain development and construction march, which is welcomed by Bahraini people, hailing the Bahraini labour's role in promoting the national development process.

HM the King underlined Egypt's strategic role in defending Arab and Islamic nations.

Al Maraghi paid tribute to HM the King's effort to constantly promote the bilateral relations, praising Bahrain's achievements in labour fields, thanks to laws and legislation on regulating relationships among the production parties, bolstering the labour market and preserving labour rights.
