Riyadh, “Qarqash”, the horse owned by Hathal Al Mutairi sons, has won the Ministry of Media’s Cup and has been awarded, on behalf of the Minster of Media, by the Acting President of the Saudi Press Agency (SPA) Dr. Fahd bin Hassan Al Aqran.

Horse “Akfeek” of the Al Asayel Stable, has won the Radio and Television Authority’s Cup and has been awarded the trophy by the authority’s Vice President Khalid Al-Ghamdi during the 93rd ceremony of the the Riyadh horse races 2023, organized today by the Equestrian Club at the King Abdulaziz Equestrian Field in the Al-Janadriya.

Horse “Hishan”, owned by Ahmed Al-Tayar, has won the Al-Madinah Al-Munawwarah region and has been awarded by Prince Saud bin Khalid Al-Faisal, Deputy Governor of Madinah.

The ceremony included 11 rounds, varied in degrees and classifications, for several ages and categories.

The horses which won the first placed in the 11 rounds were: first round of 1200m was won by “Defender” horse, owned by Prince Saud bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, the second round of 1400m was won by horse “Hatamah Al-Khaldiyah”, owned by Hussein Al Haidar sons, third round of 1600m was won by horse “Murano”, owned by Khaled Al-Kanhal, fourth round of 1600m was won by horse “Power of Beauty”, owned by Sultan Al-Dalbahi, fifth round of 1600m was won by horse “Midbas”, owned by Mohammad bin Khayout sons, sixth round of 2000m was won by horse “Golden Age”, owned by Mahdi Al-Ameri.

The 7th round of 1800m was won by horse “Alia”, owned by Abdulilah Al-Musa, 8th round of 2000m was won by horse “Triple Joy”, owned by Ibdah Al-Athab sons, 9th round of 1400m was won by horse “Qarqash”, owned by Hathal Al Mutairi sons, 10th round of 1600m was won by horse “Akfeek” of the Al Asayel Stable, and 11th round of 2400m was won by horse Hishan”, owned by Ahmed Al-Tayar.
