His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, sent a cable of thanks to the Prime Minister of the Republic of India, Narendra Modi, upon his departure from New Delhi, after an official visit.
In his cable, HRH the Crown Prince said, "As I leave your friendly country, I am pleased to express to Your Excellency my great gratitude and appreciation for the warm reception and hospitality that I and the accompanying delegation received.
The official discussions I held with Your Excellency stressed the strength of the well-established relations between our two countries, and the importance of working to strengthen strategic partnership in all fields, in a way that achieves the interests of our two friendly countries and peoples.
I commend the positive outcomes we reached during the Saudi-Indian Strategic Partnership Council meeting, which will have a significant impact on cooperation between our two countries.
I also commend the positive outcomes reached during Your Excellency's presidency of the G20 summit, stressing the importance of the resolutions issued during the summit, which we hope will contribute significantly to supporting cooperation among the G20 countries and enhancing the growth rates of the global economy.
I wish Your Excellency health and happiness, and your country and the friendly Indian people continued progress and prosperity".
