Human Resources Minister Inaugurates Social Rehabilitation, Guidance Platform; Inks Four Agreements during LEAP 23

Riyadh– Minister of Human Resources and Social Development, Eng. Ahmad bin Sulaiman Al-Rajhi, inaugurated the social rehabilitation and guidance platform at the Saudi digital pavilion, participating in the second edition of LEAP in Riyadh, organized by the Ministry of Communication and Information Technology.

Al-Rajhi also witnessed the signing of 4 of the ministry’s agreements with several specialized companies, including an agreement on improving the beneficiary experience by using authentic technologies for smart devices, an agreement on digital innovation and the promotion of digital experience, an agreement on developing frameworks and methodologies to achieve excellence in digital transformation, and an agreement on improving the performance of social media platforms and standards of care for beneficiaries.

The minister said that the platform also aims to build a social register for the ministry’s beneficiaries from target groups. It will achieve governance of the provided services, reduce the rate of reliance on the visits of beneficiaries to branches, and improve the effectiveness and efficiency of care and community centers. Noting that the platform includes 121 automated services, the registration of 2,565 centers, has issued 1,226 final licenses, and reduced the duration to issue licenses’ from 6 months to 4 days.
