Madinah:The Islamic Military Counter-Terrorism Coalition (IMCTC) participated in the "International Conference on Saudi Arabia's Efforts to Counter Intellectual Deviations," organized by the Islamic University of Madinah on September 27 and 28. The event brought together scholars, researchers, and specialists from both within and outside Saudi Arabia.

According to Saudi Press Agency, during the conference's exhibition, IMCTC presented its efforts in counterterrorism across various domains, including intellectual, media, counter-terrorism financing, and military fields. An interactive display provided attendees with insights into the coalition's strategic programs and initiatives, detailing their objectives, implementation methods in member states, and their role in enhancing capacity-building, sharing expertise, and fostering cooperation to combat terrorism and extremism.

IMCTC emphasized initiatives that turn knowledge into training and practical programs, supporting the integration of efforts among relevant entities. This participation underscores IMCTC's dedication to engaging in academic dialogues about addressing extremist ideologies and highlighting studies and strategic initiatives that bolster member states' efforts to prevent extremism and counter terrorism.
