Industry Minister Reviews Operational Readiness and Development Projects in Jubail Industrial City

Jubail: Minister of Industry and Mineral Resources and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu, Bandar Alkhorayef, inspected the operational readiness of various facilities and industrial establishments in Jubail Industrial City. This visit was part of an initiative to ensure business continuity and assess the efficacy of the operational system amid regional developments.

According to Saudi Press Agency, during his visit, Minister Alkhorayef toured the Veolia Near and Middle East company, which provides environmental services. He reviewed Veolia's efforts in delivering environmental transformation solutions, managing industrial waste, and converting waste into energy. These initiatives aim to enhance the sustainability of industrial operations and improve the efficiency of the city's operational system.

Additionally, the minister examined the operations of Biofuel Company Ltd, which specializes in producing sustainable biodiesel from used cooking oils. This visit highlighted the diverse industrial base in Jubail and reinforced the city's commitment to adopting more sustainable production solutions.
