Interior Ministry Showcases Security Efforts at Hajj Conference, Exhibition

Jeddah: The Ministry of Interior’s participation in the Hajj Conference and Exhibition, held by the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah in its fourth edition under the theme “A Passage to Nusuk,” from January 13 to 16 at the Jeddah Superdome, introduces its efforts and initiatives in serving pilgrims through AI-powered security systems, equipment, and digital solutions for crowd management at holy sites.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the Ministry of Interior’s pavilion at the exhibition highlights the “No Hajj Without a Permit” campaign, which seeks to raise awareness of Hajj regulations, ensure pilgrims obtain official permits to improve service quality, support security and organizational efforts, and provide a safe experience for pilgrims.

At the ministry’s pavilion, the Makkah Region Principality showcases visual presentations to promote awareness and regulatory compliance, while the Madinah Region Principality highlights its dedicated services for pilgrims and Umrah performers.
