Riyadh: The Ministry of Interior stressed that anyone who facilitates the entry of Border Security Law violators into the Kingdom, transports them within the country, harbors them, or provides them any form of assistance or service will be subject to penalties of up to 15 years imprisonment, a fine of up to SAR1 million, confiscation of the vehicle used for transportation and the property used for sheltering them, as well as public naming.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the ministry noted that this offense is classified as a major crime warranting arrest and is considered a breach of honor and trust.

The ministry urged the public to report violators of residency, labor, and border security regulations by calling 911 in Makkah, Madinah, Riyadh, and Eastern regions, and 999 in all other regions of the Kingdom.
