Riyadh: Executive Director of the International Dates Council Princess Sarah bint Bandar bin Abdulaziz met today with Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan to Saudi Arabia Ahmad Farooq at the embassy's headquarters in Riyadh. The meeting focused on discussing Pakistan's accession to the council, reviewing the latest developments in the council's activities, and exploring cooperative strategies to support the growth of the date sector and enhance international partnerships.

According to Saudi Press Agency, Princess Sarah emphasized the council's dedication to broadening its membership and fostering collaboration with date-producing nations. This initiative aims to facilitate the exchange of knowledge and align efforts towards advancing the date sector's development and promoting its sustainability.
