A delegation from the international media was briefed on the pioneering humanitarian, security, and organizational services provided by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to the pilgrims during the current Hajj season 2023.

During their visit to the Unified Security Operations Center (911) in Makkah, the delegation toured the facility and listened to an explanation of the latest technologies used in receiving reports, the mechanism for processing them through an advanced automated system, serving the pilgrims in several languages around the clock, answering the call within two seconds, and referring notifications to the competent authority within no more than 45 seconds for each call, and follow-up until its completion with high accuracy and professionalism.

The Unified Security Operations Center (911) is one of the most important projects of the Ministry of Interior’s initiatives, which are implemented in cooperation with the Quality of Life Program, affiliated with the Saudi Vision 2030, operating according to an integrated security communication system, and monitoring all security issues and observations and submitting them directly to the competent authority for a quick response, and taking preventive measures to prevent the occurrence of crime or any negative phenomena that may affect the security and safety of pilgrims.
