The Iraqi Red Crescent Society announced the delivery of 19,000 food baskets donated by the Iraqi government, in cooperation with the Ministry of Immigration, to the brotherly Syrian people.

It said in a statement, "we delivered (19) thousand food baskets by land through Arar border crossing, which were delivered to the Syrian Arab Red Crescent in Deir Ezzor Governorate."

It added, "The Red Crescent has transported more than (600) tons of food, relief and medical aid and infant formula since the start of the earthquake disaster until now, in order to alleviate the suffering of those affected by the earthquake disaster.
