Riyadh: The Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Dawah and Guidance, through the Sharia Committee of the General Secretariat of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques' Guests Program for Hajj, Umrah, and Visit, has increased its awareness and guidance initiatives for participants in the 1447 AH Hajj season. The goal is to ensure that the pilgrims perform their rituals in line with correct Islamic practices.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the awareness programs involve delivering guidance lectures and religious lessons after prayers in the designated prayer area for the guests. Additionally, religious inquiries are being addressed through dedicated communication channels available around the clock.
The services further include the distribution of awareness materials and guidance brochures, along with the provision of an electronic library. This library allows program guests to access religious publications via their smartphones. These efforts are part of the ministry's initiative to leverage modern technologies to support pilgrims, aligning with a broader framework of integrated services.
