Islamic Affairs Ministry Implements Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques’ Dates Gift Program in Vietnam

Hanoi: The Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Dawah and Guidance has launched the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques' gift program for distributing dates in the Socialist Republic of Vietnam during a ceremony held at the Hanoi Hotel. This initiative is a part of the ministry's Ramadan efforts conducted in several countries globally.

According to Saudi Press Agency, a total of five tons of dates have been allocated, benefiting approximately 20,000 recipients. The dates are set to be distributed to mosques, Islamic centers, and families in need throughout the month of Ramadan. This initiative aims to promote the values of solidarity and compassion within the Muslim community.

The program underscores the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's commitment to serving Islam and supporting Muslim communities around the world during Ramadan. It also aims to strengthen bonds of brotherhood and cooperation with friendly nations.

The launch ceremony witnessed attendance from several Arab ambassadors and Islamic figures, marking the importance of the event and the shared values among the participating communities.
