The Islamic Corporation for Insurance of Investment and Export Credit (ICIEC), a member of the Islamic Development Bank Group (IsDB), is preparing to take part in the "Investment in Senegal" forum, scheduled to be held in Dakar from July 6 to 8, 2023. The event will be attended by notable figures including Senegal's Minister of Economy, Planning and Cooperation, Oulimata Sarr, the IsDB governor, CEO of the ICIEC Oussama Kaissi, and various IsDB partners.

Senegal became a member of the ICIEC on September 19, 1995, and the corporation has since played an active role in supporting numerous operations and projects in the country. With investments totaling USD3.6 billion, the ICIEC has provided valuable solutions to mitigate risks and enhance credit through its reinsurance capabilities.
