Jordan Condemns Houthi Attacks on Saudi Airports

Hanoi:The Jordanian government has condemned the Houthi militia for two attacks on Abha and King Khalid International airports in Saudi Arabia, which resulted in the deaths of residents from Morocco, Algeria, and Sudan, along with several injuries.

According to Saudi Press Agency, Jordan criticized the attacks as a blatant violation of Saudi sovereignty, a threat to its security and stability, and a breach of international law and the UN Charter.

The Official Spokesperson for the Jordanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates, Ambassador Fuad Al-Majali, reaffirmed Jordan's condemnation of attacks on civilian and economic facilities in Saudi Arabia. He expressed Jordan's total solidarity with Saudi Arabia and support for all measures taken to protect its security, stability, resources, and the safety of its citizens and residents.

Ambassador Al-Majali extended condolences and sympathy to the governments, peoples, and families of the victims and wished the injured a swift recovery.
