King Abdulaziz Quran Competition Participants Tour Renowned Quran Printing Complex

Madinah: Participants in the 46th King Abdulaziz International Competition for Memorizing, Reciting, and Interpreting the Holy Quran visited the King Fahd Glorious Quran Printing Complex as part of a cultural program. The visit followed the conclusion of the competition's final rounds, held at the Grand Mosque in Makkah.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the 334 participants, who hailed from 133 countries across all continents, were given a comprehensive tour of the complex's facilities, departments, and production lines. They were provided with insights into the stages involved in printing the Holy Quran, including the processes of review, proofreading, and production. The visitors were also informed about the complex's publications and its mission to print the Holy Quran, translate its meanings into over 80 languages, and distribute its publications globally.

The participants expressed their appreciation for the facilities, equipment, and specialized work dedicated to serving the Holy Quran. They lauded the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for its dedication to the Quran through its printing, distribution, and teaching initiatives.

They emphasized that the work of the complex is a testament to the Kingdom's commitment to the Holy Quran and its efforts to make the Quran and translations of its meanings accessible to Muslims worldwide.
