King Abdullah Humanitarian Foundation and KAIMRC Forge Alliance for Biotechnology Research

Riyadh: King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz International Foundation for Humanitarian Works and King Abdullah International Medical Research Center (KAIMRC) signed four cooperation agreements to support strategic biotechnology research projects during the fourth edition of the Riyadh Global Medical Biotechnology Summit 2026, organized by the Ministry of National Guard.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the agreements cover support for research in oncology, immunotherapies, neurological diseases, and complications arising from heatstroke. The collaboration also focuses on supporting research and preclinical and clinical studies, strengthening national capabilities and research partnerships, and facilitating knowledge transfer in advanced biotechnology fields.

The agreements aim to translate research outputs into scalable healthcare applications and contribute to developing healthcare solutions that support the objectives of the National Biotechnology Strategy.
