Madinah: The King Fahd Glorious Quran Printing Complex in Madinah was illuminated in green in celebration of Founding Day 1447 AH, expressing pride in this national occasion and commemorating 299 years since the establishment of the Saudi state in 1139 AH (1727 CE).

According to Saudi Press Agency, this illumination reflects feelings of pride and belonging, as well as the unity, security, and stability enjoyed by the Kingdom under its wise leadership, which has consolidated the Kingdom’s civilizational and developmental standing.

It comes as part of the celebrations of the Founding Day, which recalls the history of the Saudi state and firm foundations upon which it was established, leading to the comprehensive renaissance and leadership it enjoys today across various fields.
