Riyadh: The King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) signed a joint implementation program on Wednesday with a civil society organization to rehabilitate and equip 11 health facilities in Yemen. Assistant Supervisor General of Operations and Programs at KSrelief Ahmed Al-Baiz signed the program on behalf of the center.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the program aims to rehabilitate, construct, expand, and equip 11 health facilities in the governorates of Lahj, Al-Dhalea, and Socotra with necessary medical devices and equipment. The initiative is expected to benefit 112,073 people, enhancing the healthcare infrastructure in these regions.

The project is part of Saudi Arabia's ongoing humanitarian efforts, carried out through KSrelief, to improve medical services at existing health facilities and expand access to healthcare for patients.
