Al-khawkhah: The mobile nutritional medical clinics in Yemen's Al-Khawkhah District of Al-Hodeidah Governorate have made a signifiacant impact by delivering essential medical services to a large number of beneficiaries in April 2026, with the support of the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief).
According to Saudi Press Agency, a total of 16,839 beneficiaries received comprehensive care across various specialized clinics, including internal medicine, emergency, pediatric, and epidemiology. In addition to these services, the clinics offered mobile team support, reproductive health services, obstetrics, therapeutic nutrition, immunization, surgery and dressing, medical referrals, alongside health awareness and education initiatives.
The support services extended by the clinics were substantial, involving laboratory testing, medication dispensing to 12,199 patients, primary healthcare services, blood transfusions, and ECG services. The cumulative efforts resulted in the provision of 43,005 services, underscoring the vital role of the clinics in addressing the healthcare needs of the region's population.
