KSrelief Completes Volunteer Medical Project in Nigeria

Kano:The King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) has successfully concluded a volunteer medical project focused on urological surgery in Kano State, Nigeria. This initiative took place from September 26 to October 3, 2026, and involved eight volunteers from various medical fields, in collaboration with the Muslim World League (MWL).

According to Saudi Press Agency, the volunteer medical team from KSrelief conducted 81 surgical interventions, benefiting 53 patients. These interventions included 40 endoscopic procedures and 13 other operations. In addition to surgeries, the team provided medications and medical supplies, trained 16 medical personnel, and held four training programs.

This project is part of KSrelief's ongoing efforts to implement volunteer medical projects across various specialties, aimed at supporting low-income individuals and families in need around the world.
