Riyadh: The King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) distributed on Saturday 1,700 food baskets to displaced and vulnerable families at a shelter for displaced persons in North Kordofan State, Sudan. The assistance benefited 8,154 individuals and forms part of the 2026 food security support project in Sudan.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the aid is part of Saudi Arabia's ongoing humanitarian and relief efforts, carried out through KSrelief, to provide assistance to the Sudanese people.
