Berlin: The King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) yesterday launched the food baskets project as part of its 2026 Food Security Support Project in the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the project aims to benefit approximately 192,500 individuals across nearly 30 areas in all Pakistani provinces. The initiative is strategically rolled out during the holy month of Ramadan and includes 27,500 food baskets. Each basket is designed to contain enough essential food items to sustain a family for a full month.
This initiative is part of a broader framework of relief and humanitarian aid provided by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia through KSrelief, which aims to assist nations and communities in need around the world.
