KSrelief Partners with Benaa Association to Support Orphans in Djibouti

Riyadh: The King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) signed a joint cooperation agreement today at its headquarters in Riyadh with the Charitable Association for Orphans Care in Eastern Region (Benaa) to implement a vocational crafts project empowering orphans in the Republic of Djibouti.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the initiative directly benefits 328 individuals and indirectly supports 1,900 people. Under the agreement, monthly financial assistance will support participating orphans, relieving economic pressure on foster households, strengthening family stability, and mitigating socioeconomic risks linked to financial distress.

Additionally, the program delivers theoretical and applied vocational training tailored to local labor market demands, equipping beneficiaries with essential craft skills in plumbing, electrical installation, and refrigeration and air conditioning.
