KSrelief Prosthetics Center in Taiz Assists 870 Yemenis in April

Taiz: Supported by the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief), the Prosthetics and Rehabilitation Center in Taiz Governorate, Yemen, provided a range of medical services in April 2026 to 870 Yemeni beneficiaries with limb loss. According to Saudi Press Agency, a total of 2,571 services were delivered, with males accounting for 61% of the beneficiaries and females 39%. Internally displaced persons represented 18% of the beneficiaries, while residents accounted for 82%. The services included prosthetic fitting, measurements, maintenance, physiotherapy sessions, and specialized consultations. This project is part of the humanitarian programs implemented by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, represented by KSrelief, to support the healthcare sector and alleviate the suffering of the brotherly Yemeni people.
