Marib: A delegation from the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) inspected livestock readiness in Yemen's Marib Governorate for the 1447 AH sacrificial meat project.
According to Saudi Press Agency, the project, implemented alongside the Riyadh-based Charity Committee for Orphans Care (Ensan), will purchase and distribute 4,140 sacrificial animals to vulnerable families across Marib, Hadhramaut, Al-Mahra, and Aden during Eid Al-Adha. The initiative aims to support these communities during the significant religious festival.
The KSrelief team oversaw veterinary screenings to ensure all livestock meet strict health and religious specifications. Additionally, they worked on finalizing distribution logistics with local authorities. This effort is part of a broader initiative to enhance regional food security and provide support to families in need during the festive period.
