KSrelief’s Voluntary Medical Team Conducts 218 Eye Surgeries in Chad

N’Djamena, King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Centre (KSrelief), for the second consecutive week, has continued its voluntary medical campaign to combat blindness and causing diseases in Chad in cooperation with Al-Basar International Foundation.

The voluntary medical team, between February 1 and 3, 2022 in N’Djamena, diagnosed 1,702 cases, conducted 218 specialized surgeries, provided 822 medical prescriptions and distributed 452 eyeglasses.

This campaign, which KSrelief inaugurated on January 23 in Mondo, Chad, aims at helping limited-income individuals and families who cannot afford the costs of treatment.
