The King Salman bin Abdulaziz Royal Natural Reserve (KSRNR) has continued its awareness campaign of preserving wildlife under the slogan "We Depend on Your Awareness", which aims to raise and direct the society's awareness and behaviour to preserve the essential elements of environmental balance including wildlife.

KSRNR said that the current phase of this campaign focuses on bringing the whole society together to stop wild animal hunting, which the reserve currently seeks to increase their reproduction and settlement rates after their long disappearance that has led to degraded ecosystems and wildlife.

The reserve has made significant efforts to maintain the environmental balance by releasing 950 wild animals, including mammals and birds, and planting 900,000 seedlings in the various reserve lands.
