Madinah:Kuwait The State of Kuwait has condemned the attack by the Houthi militia on a power station in Madinah, which provides electricity to the Prophet's Mosque and other civilian facilities.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the Kuwaiti Ministry of Foreign Affairs issued a statement through the Kuwait News Agency (KUNA) expressing Kuwait's strong rejection of repeated hostile actions targeting civilian infrastructure. The ministry declared that such attacks infringe on Saudi Arabia's sovereignty and contravene international law and humanitarian principles.

The statement reiterated Kuwait's unwavering solidarity with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, pledging support for any measures undertaken to safeguard its sovereignty, security, and residents. Kuwait emphasized that the security of Saudi Arabia is closely linked to the security of Kuwait and other Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) member states.
