Lebanese President Condemns Drone Attacks on Saudi Oil Facilities

Beirut: Lebanese President General Joseph Aoun strongly condemned the attempted drone attacks targeting Saudi oil facilities, considering such attacks a violation of Saudi Arabia's security and stability, and a threat to the security of the region and the interests of its people.

According to Union of OIC News Agencies, in a statement issued by the Lebanese Presidency, President Aoun affirmed Lebanon's solidarity with Saudi Arabia in confronting anything that threatens its security and sovereignty. He reiterated the call to respect the sovereignty of states and to refrain from any actions that would fuel regional tensions. He emphasized the importance of prioritizing dialogue and peaceful solutions to preserve security and stability in the region.
