Lebanese President Condemns Houthi Attacks on Saudi Arabia

Beirut: President of the Lebanese Republic Joseph Aoun today condemned the Houthi militia's terrorist attacks on the Saudi cities of Abha, Khamis Mushait, Jazan, and Najran, which struck civilian and economic assets and injured scores of civilians, including women and children.

According to Saudi Press Agency, the President stated that Lebanon is following this escalation targeting the security and stability of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia with grave concern. He strongly condemns this act of aggression as a blatant violation of Saudi sovereignty and a direct threat to the safety of its citizens and residents.

The Lebanese president expressed his country's full solidarity with the Kingdom, its leadership and people. He emphasized that Saudi Arabia's security is an integral part of Lebanon's security and that of the wider Arab region.
